Thanks to the use of cutting-edge technological methods and the wisdom of rural tradition, Schinosa extra virgin olive oil stands out for its genuineness and beneficial properties such as   Coratina Single Variety , rich in polyphenols and vitamin E in which the tones of bitter and spicy are firm but well balanced; Peranzana Single Variety with a more delicate taste but always pleasantly lively and an appreciated blended among the corporate cultivar in which Nocellara del Belice Variety prevails giving to the oil a delicate taste but above all pleasant aromas and herbaceous scents.

Among the iconic varieties of Apulia, Coratina is known for its intense taste and the rich presence of polyphenols, very powerful antioxidants, which provide with that “bitter” and “spicy” taste to the gustatory perception, well balanced and pleasant. The “100% Italian” extra virgin olive oil is cold pressed within 6 hours from harvesting of olives from the lands of Santa Perpetua, Dote, Torricella, Ciommo di Mango, San Dugno, Casalicchio, all located in the countryside of Trani.
