The olives in brine of our farm are obtained from carefully selected native olives very appreciated for their delicate and delicious taste at the same time.

Olives in brine are born from the selection of the best olives coming from the Di Martino Farms olive groves. Typical preserves of Southern Italy, they are made according to the traditional recipes with manual processes without the addition of additives nor preservatives, the only ingredients are salt and water. The olives in brine are excellent served alone, to accompany the appetizers or salads while in the kitchen they are the fundamental ingredient to enhance meat and fish sauces and recipes.
